In December 2015, the national NHS outlined a new approach to help ensure that health and care services are built around the needs of local populations.

To do this, we have formed part of the West Yorkshire and Harrogate sustainability and transformation partnership (STP)

Together with colleagues across Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds, Wakefield and Harrogate we serve a population of 2.6 million people. We are committed to working together on common priorities to bring more successful outcomes for our patients. Our plans show how local services will evolve over the next five years to deliver on the national Five Year Forward View
